Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your account and navigate to the order history section to select the item you wish to return or exchange.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the jewellery in its original branded box and ensure all authenticity certificates and tags are included before sealing the outer package.

  Schedule Pickup

  Once your request is approved, we will arrange for a secure courier service to collect the package from your doorstep at a convenient time.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  After our gemologists verify the condition of the returned item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
